PP Compounds of Talc & Glass reinforced Polypropylene compounds manufactured with specified MFI values (Melt Flow Index) based on the customer requirements and reinforced with Talc fillers for increasing mechanical properties suited to end applications.
In other cases, glassfiber act as vital fillers to greatly improve mechanical and electrical properties of the polypropylene compounds. The glass fibers are usually chopped strands and rowing’s (in case of long glass fibers). Long glassfiber comply to applications such as Dash Board, Sump covers and other parts which require good stability. Alternatively, calcium fillers are also used along with these polypropylene compounds for a fine finished end product such as in furniture’s and home appliances.
